About our department

The Innovation Office focuses on optimising and refining our existing product portfolio as well as researching and validating completely new products and services.

Internal innovation projects provide the necessary framework to accelerate our in-house innovation capabilities and ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers and are adapted to an ever-changing market environment.

External innovation engages in external partnerships across the innovation ecosystem from academia to industry. The main objective is to identify and select high-impact innovation opportunities in different development and go-to-market phases that strengthen the current portfolio and differentiate us from the competition.

To deliver on this promise, we collaborate across divisions within our company and with a wide range of external stakeholders.
