Your role

• Ensuring our portfolio life cycle process
• Continuous support and coordination of portfolio-relevant initiatives such as expansion of the existing portfolio into new areas, in-licensing, M&A, etc.
• Setting priorities for market launches according to relevant criteria
• Anticipate bottlenecks, review risks and escalate to management
• Ensuring on-time delivery as well as coordination and tracking of market launch projects
• Initiating portfolio optimizations
• Adapting the approved global portfolio roadmap to local conditions in coordination with the respective Heads of Marketing
• Responsibility for portfolio reporting and ensuring relevant updates for top management
• Support cross-functional collaboration and communication with our multifunctional team

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or a comparable subject area
• At least 5-7 years of experience in project management and/or in the organization and coordination of complex topics and projects
• Strong understanding of the entire pharmaceutical value chain
• Experience and ability to operate in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
• Good understanding of lean philosophy (minimizing overproduction, waiting times, transportation, processing, inventory, excess movement and defects)
• Strong communication skills and business fluent in English
• Ideally experience of working in matrix structures
